Have you ever caught yourself repeating a mistake?
Maybe you don't call it a mistake, but you have a tendency or habit that you'd like to break. Unfortunately, the same thing keeps happening over and over.
Recently, I recommended that one of my clients try flower essence therapy.
Flower essences were created by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930's because he wanted a gentle companion to homeopathy. He felt that clearing emotional blocks (or toxins) would help people respond better to homeopathy for any physical ailments. In addition, the emotional and energetic healing that flower essences provide lifts your entire vibration leading to a better outlook and overall health.
I occasionally use flower essence therapy in conjunction with Neuro-Emotional Technique (N.E.T.) when I want to reinforce a particular outcome or help my clients release stored emotions. When emotions have been buried deeply, they act like an emotional toxin when they're released from the body. This can lead to a temporary state of weepiness, frustration, and fatigue. Some people experience immediate relief when emotional toxins are cleared. They report feeling physically, emotionally and even energetically lighter!
When you're feeling stuck, it's common to feel lost, unsure of your path in life, and looking down on yourself in judgement. Your self-esteem takes a hit, and you may even feel depressed. If this sounds like you, then I've got a special blend that might help! Here are a few flower essences you can use to clear emotional blocks when you feel stuck or repeating mistakes.
Combine 4 drops of each of the following flower essences in a 1-2 oz dropper bottle:
Pine: Feeling guilt, shame, or judging yourself harshly
Walnut: Feeling overwhelmed during times of change and transition
Oat: Feeling lost and unsure of your path forward
Chestnut Bud: Repeating the same mistakes over and over without learning the lesson
Next, add 2 dropperfuls of brandy (everclear or vodka will also work) and fill the bottle to the top with spring water. Shake and wait 15 minutes before dosing. Add 1 dropperful to the water you drink 2-4x/day for best results.
Alcohol free version: Add 4 drops of each flower essence to a dropper bottle. Fill the bottle half way with spring water and the other half with apple cider vinegar. Keep the bottle refrigerated and make a new batch every 3 days. Dosing instructions are the same as above.
Flower essences help you make a gentle energetic and vibrational shift. They're safe for kids, pets, and those who are extremely energetically sensitive like Empaths or HSP's. It's best to dose frequently and the shifts may be subtle or immediate. They're not contradicted with any supplements or medications and make a great addition to your current health program. Flowers are often chosen for particular goals or emotional burdens that you'd like to clear, and you can find them in local health markets or online.
